YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) is taking over 100%
of Bluestar Mobile Ltd., London. The YOC Group is expanding its presence on
the British market, where it has already been operating since 2005,
substantially with the acquisition of the British Mobile Marketing and
Mobile Internet provider. YOC AG is expecting integration of the business
operations of Bluestar Mobile Ltd. in the YOC Group to produce considerable
synergy benefits.

The management of Bluestar Mobile Ltd. is staying at the company and is
being joined by a member of the YOC AG Management Board.
