Berlin, 22nd September 2009 - YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN
DE0005932735) is taking over 100% of Mobile Interactive Advertising Media,
S.L., a spin-off of Nokia located in Madrid. The respective purchase
agreement was signed on September 22nd, 2009. With the acquisition of the
Spanish-based mobile advertising provider, YOC AG continues its
international growth strategy and expects additional sales of at least EUR
1.0 million for the financial year 2010.
