YOC AG: YOC’s strategy bears fruit: significant increase in sales and earnings in the first half of 2010

Berlin, 12th August 2010 - YOC saw further growth in the first half of
2010. With sales of around EUR 15.6 million, the company reported a 27%
increase (FH/2009: EUR 12.2 million) compared to the previous year. EBITDA
is 105% up on the same period last year (FH/2009: EUR 0.7 million),
amounting to EUR 1.5 million. The strategic focus in the first half of 2010
was on the further development of YOC's three core competences: technology,
full service and internationalisation.

internationalisation. We will continue to benefit strongly from the growing
mobile marketing market in the future due to this position', says Dirk
Kraus, CEO of the YOC Group.

It was again the mobile marketing core segment that reported the strongest
increase in sales (38%) compared to the previous year.

The technological development in the first half of 2010 focused on two
segments: the mobile internet and mobile advertising. YOC did not only
introduce the 9.1 version of the FIT technology being the basis of the
mobile internet segment but also developed and successfully launched many
other innovative mobile advertising formats such as the Splash Screen Ad or
the Show Room Video Ad. YOC was able to further expand its full service
offer in mobile marketing by launching the blind advertising network
ubiyoo, which closes the gap between CPM-based and purely performance-based
marketing in mobile advertising.

YOC also introduced cross-national processes and standards to facilitate
international cooperation between the YOC subsidiaries in the UK, Austria,
Spain and France. This helped YOC to provide even faster and more
solution-oriented services to international customers. The share of
international sales in YOC's total sales revenues rose to 27% in the first
half of 2010 (FH/2009: 13%).

In the first half of the current fiscal year, many brands and companies
were being attracted by YOC's mobile expertise. These new customers
included Air Berlin, Vorwerk, Milka, ORF, Warsteiner, Unilever, Praktiker,
OTTO, PARSHIP, Herold.at, Sunday Times, wien.at, Guia del Ocio, Eurosport
and Media Saturn. YOC also succeeded in extending existing relations with
customers such as Coca-Cola, Daimler, Kraft Foods and Deutsche Post.
