Berlin, 10.09.2013. The Supervisory Board of YOC AG has appointed Dirk
Kraus as a member of the board to support the former single director, Dirk
Freytag (CEO), in the reorganization of the company after the sale of their
Mobile Technology unit (Sevenval). Dirk Freytag: 'We are delighted to be
able to rely on the founder's expertise in mobile and expansion of our
business as a pioneer company of mobile advertising.'
