Berlin, 4 th December, 2012 – Alex Sutter, member of the Executive Board of YOC AG, leaves the Executive Board of YOC AG in agreement with the Supervisory Board as of 31 December 2012.

Alex Sutter has been on the Management Board since the company was founded in 2000 and was appointed to the company's Executive Board in 2008. Most recently he has been responsible for the business unit Mobile Technology (Sevenval).

Alex Sutter's current duties are taken over by the Executive Board member Jan Webering effective immediately.

The Executive Board and Supervisory Board would like to thank Alex Sutter for his excellent work, the many years of trusting and loyal work together and wish him all the best in his professional and private future.
