Berlin / Vienna, June 9th, 2009 - As part of its internationalisation
strategy, YOC AG has established YOC Central Eastern Europe GmbH, which is
based in Vienna. The YOC Group has already been operating on the Austrian
market via a location in Vienna since 2004. The Austrian customers include
Masterfoods, Whiskas, Peugeot, Krone Multimedia, Mediengruppe Österreich,
Vorarlberger Medienhaus and Wirtschaftsblatt.

Matthias Schodits, who has been Region Manager CEE up to now, and Jan
Webering, COO of YOC AG, have been appointed the directors of YOC Central
Eastern Europe GmbH.

'Our aim in establishing YOC Central Eastern Europe GmbH is to strengthen
and continue expanding our leading position on the Austrian market in the
mobile marketing, mobile advertising and mobile Internet fields', says
Matthias Schodits, director of YOC Central Eastern Europe GmbH.

Dirk Kraus, CEO of YOC AG, adds: 'The establishment of an independent
subsidiary is a specific response to the strong development of sales in
