PLATFORM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF DIGITAL KARAMAY HEALTHCARE SYSTEM (CLINICAL MEDICAL RESEARCH CENTRE)

Yidu Tech Inc. (the ‘‘Company’’ or ‘‘Yidu Tech’’) is pleased to announce that Yidu Cloud (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.* (醫渡雲（北京）技術有限公司), an affiliate of the Company, has recently won the bid for the Platform Construction Project of Digital Karamay Healthcare System (Clinical Medical Research Centre), with a total project amount of RMB3,600,000.
