Tahsisli sermaye artırımı işlemleri kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("SPK") yaptığımız başvuruya ilişkin olarak SPK'nın 23.07.2024 tarihli onay yazısı ile SPK onaylı ihraç belgesi tarafımıza ulaşmıştır. Bu bağlamda, belirlenen satış fiyatı 9,19 TL ve ihraç edilecek sermaye piyasası aracının toplam nominal değeri 28.101.196,95 TL'dir. SPK onaylı ihraç belgesi ektedir.

Onaylı ihraç belgesi kapsamında toptan alış satış işleminin gerçekleştirilmesini teminen Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'ye ayrıca başvuru yapılacaktır.
