- Sub: Outcome of the Capital Raising Committee Meeting Intimation of Record Date for repayment of principal (early redemption) and payment of interest on Unsecured Non-Convertible Lower and Upper Tier II Bonds in the nature of Debentures bearing ISIN-INE528G08220; INE528G08238 and INE528G08253 issued by the Bank
- Reg.: Regulation 60 and all other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In furtherance to our letter no. YBL/CS/2021-22/Debt/023 dated March 24, 2022 intimating about the meeting of the Capital Raising Committee of the Bank (CRC) and our letter no. YBL/CS/2022-23/Debt/005 dated April 11, 2022 informing the E-voting Results and Scrutinizers Report for the Postal Ballot through E-voting facility provided to the Bond holders of certain Basel II compliant Lower Tier II and Upper Tier II Bond instruments for early redemption of Bonds and changing the terms of Issue of the Bonds pertaining to record date and early redemption date.
We wish to inform you that, as per the approval received from Bond holders for early redemption of the below mentioned series of Bonds, the record date and redemption date fixed by the CRC at its meeting held today i.e., April 12, 2022, is as follows:
