This is in continuation of our captioned disclosure regarding intimation of sale of stake in YES Asset Management (India) Limited (“ YESAMC ”) and YES Trustee Limited (“ YTL ”), both wholly owned subsidiaries of YES Bank Limited ( the “Bank” ) to GPL Finance and Investments Limited (“ Purchaser ”).

In this regard we would like to inform that the Bank through a Letter Agreement has agreed to extend The Long Stop Date for completion of the said transaction under the Share Purchase Agreement dated August 21, 2020 (“SPA”) executed for the said transaction till December 31, 2021.
