31.10.2024 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda, Şirketimiz ile Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. arasında, kurumun elektrik tüketimini karşılamak amacıyla Lisanssız Elektrik Üretim Yönetmeliği'nin 5.1.h maddesi kapsamında ESCO – Yap İşlet Devret modeliyle Güneş Enerjisi Santrali kurulmasına yönelik sözleşme imzalandığı kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu.

Söz konusu proje kapsamında; proje geliştirme, anahtar teslim kurulum, işletme ve finansmanı Şirketimiz tarafından üstlenilmekte olup, projenin bir bölümünün finansmanı için Ak Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. ile toplam 57.000.000 ABD Doları tutarında kredi anlaşmasına varılmıştır.

Kredinin kullanımına ilişkin gerekli koşullar ve teminatlar sağlanmış olup, ilk dilimi 29.12.2025 tarihi itibarıyla Şirketimiz hesaplarına geçmiştir.

In our public announcement dated October 31, 2024, we disclosed that we signed a contract with Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. for the establishment of a Solar Power Plant under the ESCO – Build-Operate-Transfer model, in accordance with Article 5.1.h of the Unlicensed Electricity Production Regulation, to meet the company's electricity consumption.

Within the scope of this project, our Company is undertaking the project development, turnkey installation, operation, and financing. For the financing of a portion of the project, a credit agreement totaling USD 57,000,000 has been agreed with Ak Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.

The condition presedents and collateral for the utilization of the loan have been provided, and the first tranche of the loan has been transferred to our Company's accounts as of December 29, 2025.
