13.08.2024 tarihinde Şirketimizin %51 hissesine sahip olduğu DEFİC Globe Enerji A.Ş.'nin (Defic Globe) ile Shangai Electric Power Co Ltd (SEP) arasındaki ortaklık anlaşmasını duyurmuştuk.

Yapılan anlaşma kapsamında Romanya'da kurulu iştiraklerimiz uhdesindeki toplam 129 MWp kapasiteli iki ayrı güneş santralinin yatırımı, Çin'in önde gelen yatırım gruplarından ve 2023 sonu itibariyle 22.400 MWh kurulu güce sahip Shangai Electric Power Co Ltd (SEP) ile birlikte yapılacaktır.

Anlaşma kapsamında santrallerin mühendislik hizmetleri, yüksek gerilim trafo merkezleri ve enerji nakil hatlarının kurulumu dahil anahtar teslim inşası taahhüt sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.

Romanya Rekabet Kurumu'nun onayı alınmış olup yürürlüğe girecek anlaşmaya göre iştiraklerin %75 hissesi SEP'e devredilecek olup %25 hissesi ise Defic'de kalacaktır (Defic'in %25 olan hissesini %35'e çıkarma opsiyonu bulunmaktadır).

Yenilenebilir enerjide 2030 yılına kadar 1 GW kapasite hedefleyen Şirketimiz, dünyanın farklı coğrafyalarında ofisleri ve iş yapma kabiliyetiyle global oyuncu olma yolunda adım atarken diğer yandan da taahhüt hizmetlerindeki büyümesine önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.

We announced that Our subsidiary which YEO Teknoloji holds 51% share, DEFİC Globe Enerji A.Ş. (Defic Globe), signed a shareholder agreement with Shanghai Electric Power Co. Ltd. (SEP) on 13.08.2024.

As per the agreement, we will jointly make the investment of two separate solar power plants with a total capacity of 129 MWp owned by our subsidiary with Shangai Electric Power Co Ltd (SEP), one of China's leading energy investment groups, which has energy production facilities with capacity of 22.400 MWh as of 2023.

The construction agreement with the scope of executing turn key construction of solar power plant including the engineering services, construction of high voltage substation, and installation of energy transmission lines for the plants was signed.

Approval of the Romanian Competition was completed and  under the agreement, 75% of the subsidiaries' shares will be transferred to SEP, while 25% will be kept by Defic (Defic has the option to increase its own 25% shares to 35%).

While Our company targeting 1 GW capacity in renewable energy sector until 2030 has gained another step on the way to be global player with capability of different project in different countries under the investor perspective, on the other hand this agreement will make great contribution to growth in construction services.
