RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGE OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (“ Director(s) ”) of YEAHKA LIMITED (the “ Company ”) announces that Ms. Zhou Lingli has tendered her resignation as an executive Director of the Company and an authorized representative of the Company for the purpose of Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Authorized Representative ”) with effect from March 4, 2021 to devote more time to her personal commitments.

Ms. Zhou Lingli has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board, nor is there any other matter in relation to her resignation that should be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or the shareholders of the Company. Following the resignation, Ms. Zhou Lingli will remain as an advisor to the Company providing advice until December 31, 2021, while her duties as an executive Director will be fulfilled by the other executive Directors.

During her tenure of service as an executive Director, Ms. Zhou Lingli has always been diligent and dedicated. The Board would like to express its appreciation to Ms. Zhou Lingli for her significant contributions to the Company.

APPOINTMENT OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr. Yao Zhijian, an executive Director, has been appointed as the Authorized Representative in place of Ms. Zhou Lingli with effect from March 4, 2021.
