Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 02.11.2020 tarihli toplantısında, Şirketimiz' in yaşadığı olumlu süreçler dikkate alınarak, 01.01.2019 - 31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait olan ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14-1 sayılı Tebliği hükümlerine uygun olarak hazırlanan 2019 yılı konsolide finansal tablolarına göre ortaya çıkan 86.206.560,00 TL dağıtılabilir dönem net kârının %25'ine karşılık gelen 21.551.640,00 TL' sinin brüt, 18.318.894,00 TL' sinin net, pay başına brüt 0,1438704 TL ve net 0,1222898 TL olmak üzere 21 Aralık 2020 tarihinden itibaren nakden ve 1 defada ödenmesinin uygun olacağına, nihai kararın Olağanüstü Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda paydaşlarımız ile verilmesine karar verilmiştir.
