Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 & 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) - Outcome of Board Meeting & Intimation of Record Date.

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, March 9, 2026 inter alia, considered and approved the following: -

• (i) making of the first and final call on partly paid-up equity shares of 50% of issue price of ₹ 27 per share i.e. ₹ 13.50 per share (comprising ₹ 5.00 towards paid-up value and ₹ 8.50 towards premium) on a right basis pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated January 25, 2024,

• (ii) fixed Friday, 27[th] March, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the holders of partly paid-up equity shares to whom the First and Final call notice would be sent, and

• (iii) Call Payment Period-Open on Monday, April 06, 2026 and close on Tuesday May 05, 2026.

Further details in relation to the First and Final Call, will be included in the Call notice that will be dispatched to the eligible shareholders in due course and will also be uploaded on the website of the company at https://www.yarnsyndicate.in/.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 4.24 p.m (IST).
