This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, April 07, 2026 inter alia, considered and approved the:

• I) Revision of the Record date, due to prevailing unfavourable market conditions, to Friday, 15th May, 2026 from Friday, 10th April, 2026 for the purpose of ascertaining the holders of partly paid-up equity shares to whom the First and Final call notice would be sent.

• II) Revision of Call Payment Period-Open on Monday, June 8, 2026 and close on Monday, June 22, 2026 (both days inclusive) instead of Call Payment Period-Open on Monday, May 4, 2026 and close on Monday, May 18, 2026.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 5:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 5.30 p.m. (IST).
