On the recommendation of Nomination and remuneration committee and subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company, appointment of Mr Tarachand Gangasahay Agrawal (DIN: 00465635) as an Additional (Non-Executive and Non-Independent) Director of the Company with effect from 14th February 2025.

Further, the information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A .

On the recommendation of Nomination and remuneration committee and subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company, Appointment of Mr. Rahul Hareshbhai Modi (DIN: 09483841) as an Additional (Non-Executive and Independent) Director of the Company w.e.f. 14th February, 2025 be and is hereby approved for the period of 5 years.

Further, the information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed herewith as Annexure B .
