Yönetim Kurulunun kar dağıtım önerisi, kar dağıtımına başlama tarihi değiştirilmiş ve oy çokluğuyla kabul edilerek;

01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022 döneminde oluşan ana ortak payına düşen konsolide 68.166.525 TL net dönem kârından Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde hesaplanan 1.085.029,70 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra yasal kayıtlardan karşılanabilen 8.520.000 TL (her 1-TL'lik hisse başına brüt 0,60 TL, her 1-TL'lik hisse başına net 0,54 TL ) tutarında brüt kar payının nakit olarak dağıtılmasına, kalan 57.780.495,31 TL net dönem karının olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına, nakit kar payı ödemesinin yönetim kurulunun önerdiği 22 Mayıs 2023 tarihinin değiştirilerek 10 Mayıs 2023 tarihinde yapılmasına, 1 ret oyuna karşılık 10.499.996 kabul oyu ile ve oy çokluğuyla karar verildi.
