Yönetim Kurulunun bu yıl kar dağıtılmaması yönündeki kar dağıtım önerisi ret edilerek; 01.01.2021 - 31.12.2021 döneminde oluşan ana ortak payına düşen 11.135.719 TL net dönem karından Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde hesaplanan 255.648,85 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek ayrıldıktan sonra yasal kayıtlardan karşılanabilen 355.000 TL (her 1 TL'lik hisse başına brüt 0,025 TL, her 1 TL'lik hisse başına net 0,0225 TL) tutarında brüt kar payının nakit olarak dağıtılmasına, kalan 10.525.070,15 TL tutarındaki karın olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına, kar payı ödemesinin 27 Nisan 2022 tarihinden itibaren yapılmasına, Genel Kurul'a oy birliğiyle karar verildi.
