Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulunun kar dağıtım önerisi kabul edilerek; 01.01.2020 - 31.12.2020 döneminde oluşan ana ortak payına düşen 5.145.861 TL net dönem kârından Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde hesaplanan 73.126,74 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe düşüldükten sonra yasal kayıtlardan karşılanabilen 177.500 TL nakit kar payı ve 1.207.000 TL'lik bedelsiz pay dağıtımından sonra kalan 3.688.234,26 TL net dönem karının geçmiş yıl karlarına aktarılmasına, nakit kar payının 20 Nisan 2021 tarihinden itibaren, bedelsiz payların ise yasal sürecin tamamlanmasını takiben dağıtılmasına,

katılanların oy birliğiyle karar verildi.
