Yönetim Kurulunun bu yıl kar dağıtılmaması yönündeki kar dağıtım önerisi ret edilerek; 01.01.2019 - 31.12.2019 döneminde oluşan ana ortak payına düşen 1.812.585 TL net dönem karından Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde hesaplanan 61.274,05 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek ayrıldıktan sonra yasal kayıtlardan karşılanabilen 213.000 TL (her 1 TL'lik hisse başına brüt 0,03 TL, her 1 TL'lik hisse başına net 0,0255 TL) tutarında brüt kar payının nakit olarak dağıtılmasına, kalan 1.538.310,95 TL tutarındaki karın olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına, kar payı ödemesinin 20 Temmuz 2020 tarihinden itibaren yapılmasına, Genel Kurul'a katılanların 8 ret oyuna karşılık 5.250.080 kabul oyu ile ve oy çokluğuyla karar verildi.
