Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)'nun II-14.1 Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan ve Değer Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (A member of ECOVIS international) tarafından denetime tabi tutulan 01.01.2016 - 31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 1.180.660 TL tutarında net dönem karı (tamamı ana ortaklığa düşen net dönem kârı) elde edilmiş olmasına rağmen, Vergi Mevzuatı kapsamında ve T.C. Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından yayınlanan Tek Düzen Hesap Planı'na göre tutulan 01.01.2016 - 31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre ise 40.135,67 Türk Lirası tutarında "Dönem Zararı" oluşması nedeniyle kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına, oluşan zararın geçmiş yıl kârlarından mahsup edilmesin karar verilmiştir.
