Our public disclosure in the ref, it was announced that application for CMB has made by our bank regarding the issuance of structured debt securities in domestic market up to 5 billion TL nominal values of bank bills, bonds and/or credit linked or other structured debt securities including structured bills and bonds sales to qualified investors. The announcement regarding to mentioned approval of CMB has been made with in 09.01.2025. dated, 2025/2 numbered CMB bulletin. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
