Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Yandal Resources Limited (ASX: YRL) (the “Company”) has issued 60,000 fully paid ordinary shares by way of an acquisition of a prospecting licence in the Kalgoorlie region.

The Company has issued the shares without disclosure to investors under section 708 or section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

For the purposes of section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act, the Company advises:

• (a) the Shares have been issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• (b) this notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company;

• (ii) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• (iii) there is no information that has been excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.

An Appendix 2A relating to the share issue has been released.
