Based on the Prospectus dated 19 November 2021 a shortfall of approximately 6,479,552 New Shares remains after completion of the Rights Issue and Yandal reserves the right to place any Shortfall Shares within three months of the closing date of 16 December 2021. In addition, 1 free attaching Option for every 2 New Shares issued, with each New Option having an exercise price of 65 cents and an expiry date of 31 December 2022 to also be issued.
