ANNOUNCEMENT Economic Calendar

The company SOCRATES D. KONSTANTINOU & SON S.A. with the distinctive title "YALCO" and with Rer. G.E.MI 57202204000, in accordance with article 4.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces that

• Τhe Financial Report for the financial year 2024 (01/01/2024-31/12/2024), which has been prepared in accordance with IFRS, will be posted on the ATHEX website and on the company's website (www.yalco.gr) on Wednesday 30/09/2025 after the closure of the meeting.
• The annual Shareholders' Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 09/09/2025 at the company's headquarters and no dividend distribution will be proposed. In the event of a change in the date, a relevant publication will be announced.
• The semi-annual Financial Report will be posted on the ATHEX website and on the company's website (www.yalco.gr) on Tuesday 30/09/2025 after the end of the session.
