Total Voting Rights

The Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") announces the updated total voting rights for the Company following admission today of 6,659,458,000 new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the placing as announced on 16 February 2017 and which was approved by shareholders on 13 March 2017 ("New Shares").

Total Voting Rights

On Admission of the New Shares, the Company has 31,702,568,119 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights (see Note 1 below). Xtract does not currently hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, this figure of 31,702,568,119 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Note (1) 

This total excludes the 796,812,502 new ordinary shares issued to Auroch Exploration (Pty) Ltd ("Auroch") following receipt of notice from Auroch to convert a further US$199,137 of the outstanding Convertible Loan Notes, as announced on  10 March 2017 and which will be admitted to trading on or around 16 March 2017.
