Further to the announcement released earlier today in respect of the shareholding of Tiger Resource Finance plc in Xtract, the Company was informed on 18 March 2015 that Colin Bird, Non-executive Chairman of Xtract, remains interested in 86,206,897 ordinary shares of 0.01p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing  2.25% of the issued share capital of the Company, and in addition Tiger Resource Finance plc (a company in which Colin Bird holds 6.07% of the issued share capital) is now interested in 150,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.92% of the issued share capital of the Company.
