Board Change

Xtract Resources Plc (AIM:XTR) announces that Jan Nelson has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect, for personal reasons.

The Company announced on 26 August 2016 that Colin Bird had moved into the role of Executive Chairman of the Company and Mr. Nelson has agreed to assist the Company in whatever area required in order to maintain continuity.
