The Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") announces that the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG  on Tuesday, 23 August 2022 at 3:00 p.m.

The notice of the AGM ("Notice") is being sent to shareholders today.

If you plan to attend the AGM in person, please provide prior confirmation by email to info@xtractresources.com prior to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, 22 August 2022 to allow the Company to plan appropriately.
