The Management Board of XTPL S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław("Issuer" or "Company"), reports that on April 9, 2026 the Issuerreceived information regarding the issuance by the National Depositoryfor Securities ("KDPW") of Statement No. 366/2026 dated April 9, 2026concerning the conclusion of an agreement with the Company on theregistration in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of 300,000(three hundred thousand) series Y ordinary bearer shares of the Company("Series Y Shares") under ISIN code PLXTPL000018.

The condition for the registration of the Shares is their admission totrading on the regulated market (parallel market) operated by the WarsawStock Exchange S.A., on which the Company's remaining shares, identifiedby ISIN code PLXTPL000018, have been admitted.

The registration of the Shares will take place within 3 days from thedate KDPW receives the decision on the admission of the Shares totrading on the regulated market, but not earlier than the date indicatedin that decision as the date of admission of the Shares to trading.
