The Management Board of XTPL S.A., with its registered office in Wroclaw(the "Company"), hereby informs that on December 24, 2024, the NationalDepository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") issued a statement that it hadentered into an agreement with the Company to register 300,000 (threehundred thousand) Series X ordinary bearer shares ("Series X Shares")issued by the Company with the securities depository, subject to theirintroduction to trading on the regulated market operated by the WarsawStock Exchange. ("GPW"). Series X Shares will be registered in thesecurities depository maintained by the NDS under the ISIN codePLXTPL000018.
Information on the adoption of a resolution by the GPW's ManagementBoard on the admission and introduction of Series X Shares to trading onthe regulated market will be made public by the Company in a separatecurrent report.
