The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw(the "Company"), in reference to the Company's Current Report No.69/2024 dated December 27, 2024, hereby informs that on December 27,2024, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") adopteda resolution to admit 300,000 (three hundred thousand) series X bearercommon shares of the Company (the "Series X Shares") to trading on theregulated market operated by the GPW (the "Regulated Market") and toconditionally introduce the Series X Shares to trading on the RegulatedMarket on January 10, 2025. The introduction of the Series X Shares totrading on the Regulated Market will be subject to the condition thatthe National Depository for Securities S.A. registers the Series XShares with the securities depository on January 10, 2025 and designatesthem with the ISIN code PLXTPL000018.
