The Management Board of XTPL S.A. announces that on 25 August 2020 acommuniqué of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KrajowyDepozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., "KDPW") was issued, stating that inaccordance with KDPW decision No. 742/2020 of 12 August 2020, 125 000Series T shares of XTPL S.A., coded PLXTPL000018, will be registeredwith KDPW on 28 August 2020.
