The Management Board of XTPL S.A., having its registered office inWrocław (the "Issuer"), hereby advises that today (12 February 2019),the Central Securities Depository of Poland ("KDPW") made a conditionalregistration of 140,020 series L shares of the Issuer in the securitiesdepository.
Series L shares are ordinary (non-preference) bearer shares with anominal value of PLN 0.10 each.
The series L shares will be registered under code ISIN PLXTPL000018,provided that they are introduced to trading on the regulated market.
Information on registration of the shares will be provided in the formof a KDPW communiqué.
