Pursuant to § 62(1) of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018on current and financial information (...) (the "Ordinance"), theManagement Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces itsintention to submit consolidated quarterly reports with quarterlyfinancial information, including the information specified in§66(1)-(4), the first sentence of §66(5), §66(8)(13) and §66(9) of theOrdinance. Accordingly, the Issuer has decided not to submit separateunconsolidated quarterly reports.

Likewise, the Issuer will not publish a separate unconsolidatedhalf-yearly report, pursuant to §62(3) of the Ordinance.

The Issuer's Management Board advises that the dates of publication offinancial reports (in accordance with ESPI Report No. 10/2019 of 21February 2019) remain unchanged.
