The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"]announces that on 2nd December 2025, the Company confirmed an orderplaced by Vector Technologies ["Partner"] for the delivery of a DeltaPrinting System ["DPS"] device.
Vector Technologies is a distribution partner of the Company in Greece[CR 37/2024 of July 2, 2024]. The order is the result of a tenderdeveloped by Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) in Crete, Greece["Client"].
The DPS device will be used at HMU for research and development projectsin the field of thin-film electronics, including photovoltaics, sensorsand memristors. The development using the DPS will be led by theNanomaterials for Emerging Devices (Nano@HMU) group, which is a researchunit within the Institute of Emerging Technologies of the HMU.
Revenue from the execution of the DPS order will have a positive impacton the financial results of XTPL S.A. in 2025.
The Issuer's Management Board has classified the sale of the DPS deviceas inside information, as its implementation may have a significantimpact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the dissemination ofthe Company's technological solutions, and the perception of the Issuerby investors.
For the reasons outlined above, the information disclosed in thiscurrent report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meetsthe criteria of inside information as defined in Article 7(1) of MAR.
