The Management Board of XTPL S.A. [the "Issuer", the "Company", "XTPL"]hereby announces that on September 9, 2025, the Company confirmed anorder for the delivery of a Delta Printing System device ["DPS"] thefinal recipient of which is the University of Padua, Department ofInformation Engineering (Universit degli Studi di Padova, Dipartimentodi Ingegneria dell'Informazione), Italy [the 'Client']. The DPS devicewill be used for research and development projects in the field ofadvanced high frequency telecommunications, especially microwave andterahertz applications.

Revenue from the execution of the DPS order will have a positive impacton the financial results of XTPL S.A. in 2025.

The Issuer's Management Board has classified the sale of the DPS deviceto a major market as inside information, as its implementation may havea significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, thedissemination of the Company's technological solutions, and theperception of the Issuer by investors.

For the reasons outlined above, the information disclosed in thiscurrent report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meetsthe criteria of inside information as defined in Article 7(1) of MAR.
