Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the_quot;Issuer_quot;) informs that on January 11, 2024, it received informationabout the recommendation for funding in theHORIZON-CL4-2023-RESILIENCE-01-33 Smart sensors for the ElectronicAppliances Market call, organized by European Commission as part of theHorizon Europe Framework Program (HORIZON) a project developed in aconsortium of which the Issuer is a member entitled _quot;Ultra-soundcombined with bioimpedance analysis and graphene fet-enhanced wearablesensing for decentral health-monitoring_quot; (_quot;Project_quot;). The consortiumincludes the following companies:

The UltraSense project aims to develop astretchable, multi-sensing wearable platform for body compositionanalysis and health monitoring, using advanced materials and AI, topromote healthier lifestyles. The task of the issuer is to developmaterials that will ensure stretchability, high performance, and lowenergy consumption of the device.
• Total value of the Project: EUR6,984,473.00;
• Issuer's share in the Project: EUR510,063.50;
• Recommended value of funding for theIssuer: EUR 510,063.50;
• Implementation period: 48 months.
The final amount of funding may changeslightly at the stage of preparing documentation for the relevant grantagreement. The Issuer will inform about its conclusion in a separatereport.
The Issuer's Management Board consideredthe above fact to be confidential information, as subsidies are anelement of financing the Issuer's activities. The project is consistentwith the strategic direction of further development and application ofthe Issuer's technological solutions in the area of conductive inks.Close cooperation with European technology enterprises as part of theimplementation of the Project will additionally strengthen activitiesaimed at the commercialization of the Issuer's technological solutions.
