Title:Achievement of the forecast in terms of the number of patentapplications filed.

Content of the Report:With reference to Current Report No. 40/2019of 5 September 2019_#160;and Current Report No. 45/2020 of 23 November 2020,the Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"] herebyreports that on 16 December 2022, it filed an application for patentprotection concerning precise 3D positioning of samples. In this way,the Company has reached the number of 26 patent applications filed (withrelated inventions combined) since 1_#160;September 2019.

The building of a patent cloud for the proprietary technology andproducts is an essential part of the Company's strategy, which raisesthe Issuer's credibility among potential industrial clients. The patentprotection obtained as a result of the filings will increase the valueof the potential commercialization of the Company's technology withrespect to industrial implementations.

The Company plans to file more patent applications for inventions to bedeveloped in the course of current and future research and development.However, the Company does not communicate forecasts regarding the numberof new patent applications for the coming years. Due to the number ofexisting patent applications, the Company does not report on new patentapplications via the ESPI channel. Information on the number of patentapplications is collectively provided in financial reports.

For this reason, in the opinion of the Management Board, the informationabout achievement of the forecast number of patent applications meetsthe criteria set out in Article 7(1) of the MAR.
