Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with itsregistered office in Wrocław ("Issuer") hereby reports that today, i.e.on August 7, 2023, the Issuer received a notification made by FilipGranek, PhD, under Article 69(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offeringconcerning reduction of his share in the total number of votes at theIssuer's General Meeting following the registration of the Issuer'sshare capital increase by the registry court in connection with theissue of the series V shares.
