The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław(the "Issuer") informs that on the Extraordinary General Meeting of theCompany (hereinafter: "EGM") held on 8 June 2020 at least 5% of thetotal number of votes on this meeting was owned by the followingstockholders:

1. Filip Granek

Number of votes on EGM: 310 592

Percentage share of number of votes on EGM: 37.87%

Percentage share of the total number of votes: 16.31%

2. Sebastian Młodziński

Number of votes on EGM: 280 000

Percentage share of number of votes on EGM: 34.14%

Percentage share of the total number of votes: 14.70%

3. Leonarto VC spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k.

Number of votes on EGM: 229 015

Percentage share of number of votes on EGM: 27.93%

Percentage share of the total number of votes: 12.03%
