The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław(the "Issuer") informs that on the Annual General Meeting of the Company(hereinafter: "AGM") held on 30 June 2020 at least 5% of the totalnumber of votes on this meeting was owned by the following stockholders:

1. Filip Granek

Number of votes on AGM: 310 592

Percentage share of number of votes on AGM: 57.56%

Percentage share of the total number of votes: 16.31%

2. Leonarto VC spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k.

Number of votes on AGM: 229 015

Percentage share of number of votes on AGM: 42.44%

Percentage share of the total number of votes: 12.03%
