(the "Issuer") acting in pursuance tothe obligation arising from Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (...) - MAR Regulation - announces to the public that on 29 March2019 it received notifications from Sebastian Młodzinski, as a Member ofthe Issuer's Supervisory Board, concerning his acquire of the Issuer'sshares as part of transactions made on 27 and 28 March 2019.
