XTPL S.A. — Director's Dealing 2019

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") acting in pursuance tothe obligation arising from Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (...) - MAR Regulation - announces to the public that on 2 October2019 it received a notification from TPL sp. z o.o., as a person closelyassociated by the Issuer's Management Board Member, concerning itsdisposal of the Issuer's shares as part of transactions within employeeshare scheme of XTPL S.A.

The notification referred to above is attached as an appendix to thiscurrent report.
