Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A., with itsregistered office in Wrocław (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), announcesthat on April 22, 2026, Ms. Agata Gładysz-Stańczyk submitted herresignation from the position of a member of the Company's SupervisoryBoard with immediate effect, citing new professional commitments as thereason.

The Issuer thanks Ms. Agata Gładysz-Stańczyk for her work andcontribution to the development of the Company during her tenure on theSupervisory Board.
