The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław[_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;], in reference to the contents of current reportNo. 30/2024 dated May 31, 2024 concerning the convening of the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of Shareholders for June 28, 2024, the agenda of whichprovided for adoption of, among others, the following resolutionsResolution No. 23/06/2024 on appointment of a member of the SupervisoryBoard [item 25 of the agenda], informs that on June 21, 2024 the Companyreceived a letter from shareholder Filip Granek, containing theapplication of Ms. Agata Gładysz Stańczyk as a candidate for member ofthe Issuer's Supervisory Board.

Ms. Agata Gladysz Stańczyk agreed to be a candidate and submitted therequired declarations, which, together with her resume, are attached tothis report.
