The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that on 9January 2020 Mr. Sebastian Młodziński resigned from his function as amember of the Issuer's Supervisory Board with effect from the end of 9January 2020. Mr. Sebastian Młodziński pointed out that the resignationis due to personal reasons.
