Jacek Olszański – Management Board Member

Jacek Olszański – holds a master's degree in economics from the Poznań University of Economics. He has 20 years' hands-on experience in finance and controlling gained in corporate groups. Previously worked for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and Selena Group, where he held a number of managerial functions. He run his own business in the market of controlling services outsourcing. Supervisory Board and Audit Committee member at companies from various sectors, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Jacek Olszański joined XTPL S.A. in October 2018, and so far has served as the financial manager.

– August 2016 until present: Startit Coporate Finance sp.z o.o. – a shareholder and CEO (a firm providing outsourcing services in the area of controlling. This firm does not provide XTPL S.A. with any services, and does not run activities that would be in competition against XTPL S.A.);

– September 2015 – August 2016: FM GROUP WORLD Artur Trawiński Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. – financial controller;

– April 2006 – November 2007: Carina Silicones Sp. z o.o. – Management Board Member;

– January 2000 – September 2015: Selena FM – Deputy Financial Director/ Strategic Controller/ GM of Selena Deutschland;

– May 1997 – December 1999: KGHM Metale S.A. - Finance Department – Financial Investment Clerk, Financial Investment Specialist and Manager.

He does act in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a limited partnership or as a member of a governing body of a corporation, or in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Jacek Olszański is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
