Subject: Intimation of Exploration of Potential Acquisitions Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In continuation of our earlier intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 dated 14th February 2025, we wish to further inform that, the company is in preliminary discussions to acquire Companies engaged in a similar line of business and companies operating in different geographical areas to enhance synergies, expand market presence, improve operational efficiencies, to diversify market reach and strengthen our global footprint. The proposed acquisition, if finalized, will be subject to customary due diligence, regulatory approvals, and definitive agreements.
These potential acquisitions are at a preliminary stage, and no binding decision has been made at this point. The Company will make further disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements as and when definitive agreements are executed.
